No — each pass is tied to a single traveller. Every adult and child needs their own pass. Under-6s always enter free.
What if a venue is unexpectedly closed?
If a venue closes for reasons outside your control (national holidays, maintenance, weather), the Travel Pass team arranges access to an alternative attraction of equal or greater value.
Does my pass refresh every day?
No. Each attraction is included once per pass. The pass runs for consecutive calendar days (Cappadocia GMT+3) from the date of first use.
Is there a child or family rate?
Children under 5 are always free and need no pass. A child pass is priced €10 below the adult pass. Families of 4+ get 10% off with code CAPPADOCIAFAMILY.
How is the Travel Pass different from buying tickets separately?
One QR replaces dozens of separate tickets and tour bookings: hosted skip-the-line entry, a discounted sunrise balloon flight, the mobile app, and member pricing on 0 add-ons — typically for far less than paying at each gate.
Can I cancel after purchase?
Yes — you can cancel an unactivated pass and request a refund up to 24 hours before your first scan; a 10% restocking fee applies to refunds. Once activated (first scan), the pass is non-refundable. See our Terms for full details.
Do I need to print anything?
Nothing. Your QR lives in the Cappadocia Travel Pass app and in your confirmation email. Your phone is your ticket.
Is my personal data private?

How far in advance should I buy?
You can buy up to 12 months before you plan to travel — the pass only activates on first scan. Buying early locks in today's price.
